Title: Introduction to the Cryptography and Security Department of I2R

Speaker: Dr. Feng Bao (鲍丰), Institute forInfocomm Research,Singapore.

Biography: Feng Bao received his BS in mathematics, MS in computer science fromPekingUniversityinChinaand his PhD in computer science fromGunmaUniversityinJapan. He was with theInstituteofSoftware,ChineseAcademyof Sciences 1986 to 1994. He joined theInstituteofSystemScience,Singaporein 1996, and has been a Principal Scientist and the Department Head of the Cryptography & Security Department of the Institute for Infocomm Research inSingaporesince 2005. His research areas include algorithm, automata theory, complexity, cryptography, distributed computing, fault tolerance and information security. He has published more than 200 international journal/conference papers and has 16 patents. He has served as general chair and program committee chair of 18 international conferences. Currently he is a member of the ASIACRYPT Steering Committee and editorial member of 2 international journals.

鲍丰，新加坡信息通信研究院密码与安全部主任。1983年和1986年分别于北京大学获学士和硕士学位。硕士毕业后就职于中科院软件所。在日本群马大学获得计算机科学博士学位后，一直在新加坡从事科研。目前担任新加坡信息通讯研究院的Principal Scientist与Department Head，领导密码与安全研究部。现任ISPEC指导委员会主席，Asiacrypt指导委员会委员，ProvSec指导委员会委员，新加坡国际标准PKI WG主席。其主要研究领域为：密码学与信息安全，亦曾经涉及自动机理论，算法与复杂性，分布式计算与容错等领域。鲍丰在国际会议与杂志上发表论文200余篇，所发表论文共被引用2400余次。拥有15项美国，英国，新加坡专利。近20次出任国际学术大会主席及程序委员会主席，近百次担任国际学术大会程序委员会委员，包括Eurocrypt, Asiacrypt, ESORICS, CHES, CT-RSA, PKC, ACNS, ASIACCS, ISPEC, CANS, SAC, ProvSec,等等。领导与主持多项国际合作项目，包括学术研究，以及产业与实际应用。

Title: Creating a Stream Cipher with Internal Authentication

一个用于网络认证的流密码算法的设计方法

Speaker: Dr. Matt Henricksen, Institute forInfocomm Research,Singapore.

Biography: Matt Henricksen is the group leader of cryptography in the Cryptography and Security department at I2R,Singapore. He received his PhD in design and analysis of symmetric ciphers at QUT,Australia. His current professional interest is in design of ciphers using single instruction multiple data architectures.

Title: A Methodology for Differential-Linear Cryptanalysis and Its Applications

Speaker:吕继强, Institute for Infocomm Research, Singapore. 2000年在烟台大学获应用数学系获学识学位，2003年在西安电子科技大学获硕士学位，2008年获University of London (UK)博士学位.主要研究方向密码学和信息安全.目前为新加坡信息通信研究院科学家。
